- When is my booking confirmed?
- As soon as your payment goes through. You see the confirmation right away, with your booking number, and we send it to you as well.
- What do I need to bring to pickup?
- The main driver's valid driving licence and the booking number. Send us a photo of the licence before you arrive and the handover takes only a few minutes.
- How old do I need to be to rent a car?
- Every driver needs to be at least 21 years old, with a valid driving licence.
- Can I cancel for free?
- Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup. After that, the rental terms say what is charged.
- How does fuel work?
- You get the car with a full tank and return it full.
- Is there a mileage limit?
- No. Every rental includes unlimited kilometres, so drive the whole island.
- Is there a deposit?
- Yes, a refundable security deposit. The exact amount is shown with the price of the car before you pay, and it is released after the car is returned in good order.
- Which currency do I pay in?
- You are charged in USD. The site can also show prices in Caribbean guilders, US dollars or euros as a guide.
- Can I pick up the car at Curaçao airport?
- Yes, for the cars offered at the airport. Choose the airport as your pickup place when you book.
- Can you bring the car to me?
- Yes. Choose your accommodation or the cruise terminal as the pickup place when you book; any delivery charge is added to the price before you pay.
- Can I add a child seat or other extras?
- Yes, when the car offers them. Add them on the car page before you book; they are reserved together with the car.
